Position Summary
The HR Generalist supports daily human resources operations, including payroll processing, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role partners with leadership to ensure efficient HR services while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
Support onboarding, offboarding, employee status changes, and recruitment coordination.
Assist with benefits enrollment, vendor communication, and open enrollment.
Serve as a resource for employee inquiries and support performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Maintain personnel files and assist with HR projects and policy updates.
