We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support our in-office Human Resources operations in St. Louis. This full-time position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment, enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure accuracy and organization, and brings a strong sense of ownership to their work.
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Operations Director, the Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources team and ensures seamless coordination of key functions, including employee records, expense processing, and onboarding logistics. This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate, high-quality support that strengthens the experience of all attorneys and staff at the Firm.
