We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist with a focus on recruitmentand retention of employees. This is a full-time role located in Rochester, NY responsible for managing the hiring process, conducting new hire orientations, training, and providing excellent customer service to employees and candidates. You will also handle employee relations and assist with various HR projects and intiatives.
