As a critical member of the City’s leadership team, the Management Services Director oversees the City's Human Resources, City Clerk, Information Technology, Grants Management, and Special Projects functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and a deep understanding of government functions. The Director will be a subject matter expert and teammate to their peers and present regularly to the City Council, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and agile problem-solving.

The hiring range for this position will be mid-top of the salary range, $163,536 - $187,308 Annually, with a 2% increase anticipated for 07/01/2025.
